Landlord may from time to time adopt systems and procedures for the security and safety of the Building and Property, its occupants, entry, use and contents. Tenant, its agents, employees, contractors, guests and invitees shall comply with Landlord's systems and procedures.

Access Control System

Tenant and Tenant’s employees are issued a building access card for entry into the Building.  Access cards are required and must be used for entry into the Building at all times.  An authorized tenant representative can request access cards by contacting the Building Management Office at 215 568 2520 or through MRI Angus Tenant Service Portal. Please remember to notify Building Management if your card is lost or stolen.  The building is secured 24 hours, 7 days per week, uniformed security posted in lobby and loading dock, card access system for tenant/employee admittance, CCTV surveillance system.

Additional suite access and restroom keys may be requested by entering a request through MRI Angus Tenant Service Portal

Property Removal

To assist in the protection of your business/personal property a Property Removal Pass must accompany any furniture, equipment, cartons, etc. being removed from the Building.  This pass must have the approval of the Management Office, once executed the pass must be presented to security.

Report any suspected theft, no matter how small, to the Building Management Office immediately.  You may also notify the Police Department, since it is possible that they may be investigating thefts in other office buildings and your report may help them complete their investigation more effectively.  The building’s insurance policy does not cover the theft of Tenant’s personal belongings.  Personal property insurance is the responsibility of each tenant.

If you suspect a theft has occurred, please immediately contact:

Building Management Office: 215 568 2520
Police Department: 911
Non-Emergency: 215 686 3090

Incident Reports

Security officers will complete an incident report recording the details of any accident, theft, or injury that occurs on the property.  Please notify the Building Management Office as soon as an incident occurs so that an investigation can begin.

Suspicious Persons

If you see suspicious or offensive persons in the building, please call the Building Management Office.

Lost and Found

Please contact Lobby Security to claim items that have been lost or found. If a lost and found item is claimed, the security officer must complete an Incident Report on the person claiming the lost and found item.
