Maintenance Requests

1700 Market Street utilizes MRI Angus Tenant Service Request system (Tenant Service Portal) accessed via MRI Angus is a web enabled service management solution that allows tenants to enter service requests, view real-time tracking of the request, and view and download detailed billing information. Please contact the Building Management Office to learn how to become an MRI Angus user for your organization.

 

Standard and special requests for service may be requested via or by calling the Building Management office at 215 568 2520.

Response time to request are basically categorized into the following:

  • Emergency (water leak, electrical problem) – immediate response
  • HVAC – 15 to 30 minutes
  • Cleaning request – assigned to evening crew - or if critical 30 to 60 minutes
  • Special Services – depending on availability of staff, typically same day.
  • After normal business hours, security personnel at the main lobby answer the phones.  The officer can log your request for the next day or handle it immediately, if urgent.
