The work of cleaning personnel shall not be hindered by Tenant after 5:30 P.M., and cleaning work may be done at any time when the offices are vacant. Windows, doors and fixtures may be cleaned at any time. Tenant shall provide adequate waste and rubbish receptacles to prevent unreasonable hardship to the cleaning service.  If trash that is to be disposed of is not placed in a wastebasket inform the cleaning personnel by leaving a large note on such items marked “TRASH”.  Please do not leave items that are not trash on top of or near wastebaskets so that items are not thought to be trash.


If a small cleaning problem should arise, or if you have any questions or comments regarding the cleaning services, please notify the Building Management Office.
